Recently, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 4370/QD-UBND on establishing Tu Sy industrial cluster located in Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province with an area of about 15.0 ha (the official area will follow the detailed plan or total construction site approved by authorized agencies).
According to this Decision, Tu Sy industrial cluster is located in 3 communes of Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province including Nga Bach, Nga Thach and Nga Nhan, with specific boundaries: borders Hoa Tue canal to the East; borders residential areas and agricultural production land to the West; borders the inter-commune road to the South; borders on agricultural land to the North.
Main business lines in the Industrial Cluster include: Mechanical; Production of building materials; agricultural and forestry products processing; production of agricultural and forestry machinery and equipment; production of consumer goods; garment, footwear... and other relevant industries. Total estimated investment capital is about 96.0 billion VND.
The progress of the project:
From the fourth quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021: Making detailed planning, investment projects, environmental impact assessment reports, paying compensation for site clearance, granting land use right certificates, applying for construction permit.
From the fourth quarter of 2021 to the third quarter of 2022: Commencing and constructing technical infrastructure for the industrial cluster, calling for investment to projects in the industrial park (do not put projects into operation untill completing the infrastructure investment progress).
