BINH DUONG PLANS "3 IN 1" INDUSTRIAL PARK

Binh Duong's new generation industrial parks have synchronous and modern technical and social infrastructure systems.

According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Binh Duong province, this locality currently has 28 industrial parks in operation, with an occupancy rate of over 93%, making Binh Duong the locality with the highest industrial park occupancy rate in the country.


To date, Binh Duong Industrial Parks has 3,080 valid projects, including 2,400 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of nearly 29 billion USD and 680 domestic investment projects with a total registered investment capital of 93,576 billion VND.

According to the 2024 plan, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Binh Duong province aims to attract about 130-140 investment projects into industrial parks, with a total foreign investment capital of about 1.2-1.3 billion USD, and attract 1,100-1,200 billion VND of domestic investment capital.

Total construction investment capital has reached 5,700 billion VND, leasing and subleasing land of 100-150 hectares, attracting 15,000 workers, total revenue of 35-40 billion USD.

Currently, VSIP III Industrial Park(phase 2), more than 800 hectares, and Cay Truong Industrial Park, 700 hectares, are completing infrastructure, readying clean premises to welcome new capital flows.

In the period 2023-2025, Binh Duong invests in 10 industrial parks, with a total land use area of about 3,154 hectares.

The period 2026-2030 is 19 industrial parks, with a total area of about 5,537 hectares. This includes continuing to fully invest in the industrial parks of the 2023-2025 period with an area of about 2,063 hectares and new investment in 9 more industrial parks with an area of about 3,474 hectares.

These industrial parks are invested according to the "3 in 1" model (industrial park - urban area - service area) with a synchronous and modern system of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure.

Attracting investment in the province's industrial parks will be more selective in a specialized, ecological, and smart direction and will create new attractions.
