(i) Every employer shall issue their own internal working regulations. An employer that has at least 10 employees shall issue written internal working regulations;
(ii) Before the issuance of the internal working regulations, an employer shall consult the representative organization (if any) of the grassroots-level employees’ collective.
(iii) The internal working regulations must be notified to employees and their key contents must be displayed at necessary places in the workplace;
(iv) An employer that has at least 10 employees shall register the internal working regulations at the labor authority of the province where business registration is applied for. Within 10 days from the date of issuance of the internal working regulations, the employer must submit the application for registration thereof.
(v) The internal working regulations shall start to have effect after 15 days from the day on which the satisfactory application is received by a competent authority. The effect of the written internal labor regulations issued by an employee that has fewer than 10 employees shall be decided by the employer.
