Phuoc Minh 1 Industrial Cluster is oriented to be a specialized industrial cluster which focuses on the industries of producing post-salt chemical products, caustic soda (NaOH) products, accessories, small items (EDC) and PVC raw materials. Previously, Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee also issued a list of projects attracting investment in Ninh Thuan province in the period of 2021-2025 (in Decision No. 638, dated November 26, 2022). Phuoc Minh 1 and Phuoc Minh 2 industrial clusters are 2 out of 9 industrial projects called for investment by the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province.
According to local leaders, these two industrial clusters have been approved to be added to the planning in order to soon deploy the call for investment in technical infrastructure of Phuoc Minh 1 and Phuoc Minh 2 industrial clusters in Thuan Nam district, serving the potential for socio-economic development in the southern part of the province, and creating conditions to attract investment of secondary projects in industrial clusters, meeting the requirements of the development of Ca Na general seaport in Ninh Thuan province.
