On the afternoon of December 7, at Sao Mai Hotel (Cao Lanh city), Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Pham Thien Nghia province together with leaders of some departments, localities, businesses of the province had a meeting with about 100 enterprises of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club (HREC) participated in the Caravan Program to connect investment in Dong Thap.
At the meeting with businesses, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia said “Dong Thap province is calling for investment in many fields, including real estate, hospitality and tourism. hotel etc”.
Emphasizing the policy of accompanying enterprises, Mr. Pham Thien Nghia pledged to create the most favorable conditions for businesses and investors to implement the project; At the same time, it is expected that through this program, there will be many connections between businesses, departments, branches and localities with HREC businesses.
At the meeting, Dong Thap province and HREC businesses exchanged views on potentials and investment opportunities in Dong Thap. The province has 38 projects calling for investment, typically projects such as the construction of Ward 3 New Urban Area (Cao Lanh city), scale of 200 hectares; Project on eco-tourism urban area along Hau river with 10 ha; Cao Lanh City Convention Center with 7.1 hectares; Phu Long Urban Area has a size of 15.1 hectares.
On this occasion, HREC sponsored 300 million VND to build a rural bridge and 01 RO water filter system for schools in the province.
In addition to meeting and connecting with provincial leaders, departments, branches and localities, HREC delegation paid a visit to Nguyen Sinh Sac's Grave, visited 1954 Rally Monument, Tram Chim National Park, Go Thap relics and Thap Muoi lotus field; Visiting Tien river resort resort project of member enterprises - Hung Thinh Investment Company.
