At the stage of project preparation, the investor/ contractor shall carry out following activities:
(i) Construction survey (for the establishment of construction investment projects).
(ii) Formulation and appraisal of pre-feasibility study reports (Pre-F/S) for the construction investment projects (applicable to national important projects and Group A projects) for consideration, decision or approval of construction investment policies;
(iii) Formulation and appraisal of feasibility study reports (F/S) (for projects which are not classified as (i) national important projects, (ii) Group A projects, (iii) Projects that are only required to prepare technical and economic reports such as religious or small-scale works, (iv) individual houses);
(iv) Approval of projects, decisions on construction investment
