Procedures of implementing projects with construction works

(i) The project preparation stage shall consist of the following activities: construction survey; formulation and appraisal of pre-feasibility study report, decision or approval of investment policy (if any); establishment, appraisal and approval of detailed construction planning to serve the preparation of feasibility study report on construction investment; formulation and appraisal of feasibility study reports for approval/ decision on the construction investment and other necessary activities relating to the project preparation'

(ii) The project implementation stage shall include the following activities: preparation of construction ground, clearance of bombs and mines (if any); construction survey; preparation, appraisal and approval of designs, construction cost estimation; issuance of construction permits (if required); selection of contractors and signing of construction contracts; construction; supervision of construction; money advance, payments for completed volume of work; test operations; acceptance and completion of construction works; hand-over of fully completed works to put them into operation and other activities as needed;

(iii) The end-of-construction stage shall consist of the following activities: Settlement of construction contracts, settlement of construction investment projects, confirmation of completion of the works, guarantees for the construction works, hand-over of related documents and other necessary activities.
