The province has applied the most preferential investment policies, including tax incentives, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 218/2013 / ND-CP dated December 26, 2013, applicable toincome of enterprises from the implementation of new investment projects,corporate income tax rates, corporate income tax.
Import and export tax incentives under Article 14 andArticle 15 of Decree 134/2016 / ND-CP detail a number of articles and measuresto implement the Law on Export and Import Taxes.

The support period is 5 yearsfrom the date the infrastructure investor and the enterprise sign the lease contract.
Regarding preferential geographical areas, Tra Vinh isdivided into 2 regions in the province, which are areas with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions, including Chau Thanh, Tra Cu and Dinh An economic zones.
