Da Nang concentrated information technology zone -phase 1 covers an area of 131 hectares, located in Hoa Lien commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city; invested by Da Nang Information Technology ParkDevelopment Joint Stock Company.
Da Nang centralized information technology zone is entitled to preferential policies for centralized information technology zoneas prescribed in Decree No. 154/2013 / ND-CP and is entitled to other preferential policies applied for centralized information technology zones asprescribed by law.
State budget (of central and local authorities) insupport of site clearance, investment in infrastructure construction of Da NangCentralized Information Technology Park - phase 1 in accordance with law, in accordance with law. The master plan on the development of the information technology park is approved by the Prime Minister; may borrow investment credit capital at Vietnam Development Bank to invest in and build Da Nang Centralized Information Technology Park - phase 1 according to the provisions of law.
The organizational structure and operation regulationsof the Da Nang Centralized Information Technology Park Management Organizationare decided by the Danang Information Technology Development Joint StockCompany; comply with the provisions of Decree No. 154/2013 / ND-CP and otherprovisions of law.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Information and Communications to assume the prime responsibility andcoordinate with the ministries, branches, the People's Committee of Da Nangcity and the concerned units in guiding the implementation of this Decision. Incase of problems arising beyond the handling capacity and beyond the competence of the concerned ministries and branches, the Ministry of Information and Communications shall sum up and report to the Prime Minister.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Information and Communications in balancing the allocation of investmentcapital to support investment in and construction of Da Nang Centralized Information Technology Park as prescribed under the law.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City is responsible for approving the organizational structure and operation regulations of Da Nang Centralized Information Technology Park in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 154/2013 / ND-CP and other provisions of law; prioritizing the allocation of development investment capital from the state budget forinvestment in infrastructure development connecting to the Da Nang Information Technology Park - phase 1 and non-business social infrastructures in the zone; formulating plans and synchronously deploying solutions to attract foreign corporations and large domestic enterprises in the field of information technology, electronics and telecommunications to invest in Da Nang information technology zone. Danang - phase 1.
