On June 4th, 2021, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province signed the Decision No. 1070/QD-UBND on the establishment of Southern Song Doc Industrial Park, Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province.
The Southern Song Doc Industrial Park is located in Phong Dien commune, Tran Van Thoi district, with an area of 100 hectares. The project is invested with a capital of 538,6 billion VND by Song Doc Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
On April 6, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 549/QD-TTg on investment policy allowing Song Doc Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the infrastructure business investment project in Southern Song Doc Industrial Park. The project's operation term is 50 years from the date of issuance on investment policy.
The People's Committee of Ca Mau is assigned to implement tasks of land acquisition, compensation, ground clearance, land lease, land usage purpose conversion to support the project in accordance with the documents approved by competent authorities on scale, location and plan of land usage; ensure that there are no disputes or complaints about the right to use the project site.
The People’s Committee of Ca Mau province directs the Management Board of the Economic Zone of Ca Mau province and relevant agencies to request the investor to deposit to ensure the project implementation in accordance with the investment laws; to supervise and evaluate the implementation of the project, including the capital contribution and capital mobilization of investors according to the provisions of laws.
The Management Board of the Economic Zone of Ca Mau province coordinates with the investor to implement the compensation and site clearance plan in accordance with regulations; to implement solutions for workers’ living conditions in the industrial park.
