Investors may consider and choose one of the following ways to obtain land use rights/ sites for implementing investment projects:
- Requesting for land allocation or land lease directly from the State;
- Leasing infrastructure in industrial parks together with land use rights from industrial park infrastructure companies;
- Purchasing or leasing ready-built facilities together with land use rights from enterprises operating in industrial parks;
- Leasing spaces or facilities outside industrial parks (suitable for service and non-production enterprises)
