Investment capital

Investment capital is money and other assets of investors/ enterprises to carry out business investment activities

 An investor's investment capital for the implementation of his/ her project is recognized on his/ her investment registration certificate.

 Investment capital includes the owner’s capital (also known as contributed/ charter capital) and loans. Investors may mobilize loans to implement their projects from parent companies or other financial institutions. For loans with a term of more than 1 year, enterprises are obliged to register the loans with the State Bank before withdrawals and within 30 days from the dates of signing the loan agreements.

 Charter capital (also known as contributed capital, owner’s capital) is the value of assets contributed by the owner/ members of the company and is recognized on the enterprise registration certificates.
