In order to create a strong breakthrough momentum for the economy, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just officially approved the Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Plan for the last months of 2025. This is considered a strategic step, demonstrating the province's high determination in maximizing its potential, removing bottlenecks and proactively reaching out to the international market.
Priority is given to improving the business environment and improving corporate capacity.
The promotion plan is assigned to the Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to assume the prime responsibility for, and closely coordinate with relevant departments and branches such as the Department of Finance, the Department of Industry and Trade, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Khanh Hoa province pays special attention to supporting the domestic business community, in order to create a more open business environment and improve provincial competitiveness index (PCI). One of the important solutions is to organize monthly business meetings for the government to listen, communicate directly and promptly remove obstacles and "bottlenecks" that are hindering production and business activities. In addition, to improve the competitiveness of the province's core forces, Khanh Hoa will open three intensive training classes, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises.
Expanding the international market with major events
With the vision to international reach, Khanh Hoa actively expands the market through a series of diverse promotion activities, including tourism, trade and investment.
Regarding foreign affairs, the province will coordinate with United World Halal Development (UNWIND) to organize the Halal Economic Forum and Tourism Summit 2025, a large-scale event to open up many new cooperation opportunities, especially in the field of marine tourism associated with a green environment.
In addition, working groups of provincial leaders will make many visits and work in European countries and some traditional key countries in Asia and the region. These trips are not simply promoting tourism and calling for investment but are also a bridge to promote the export of Khanh Hoa's typical products. The province will also organize the Investment Promotion Conference in Ho Chi Minh City and present at Vietnam International Tourism Fair - ITE HCMC 2025 to promote the destination.
Domestic Stimulus and Multimedia Promotion Strategy
In parallel with external activities, Khanh Hoa focuses on developing the domestic market. Typically, the organization of the Khanh Hoa Trade Fair and Consumer Stimulus 2025, a large-scale event to promote purchasing power and trade in the province.
In terms of trade, the province will organize specialized trade delegations, especially focusing on agricultural products in the Chinese market, as part of the National Trade Promotion Program.
To promote tourism more effectively, the province will organize grand receptions for large tourist groups arriving by plane, ship and train. At the same time, the province also strengthens the construction of information infrastructure and promotional materials (video clips, website upgrades), and organizes famtrip (survey for travel companies), presstrip (survey for the press) groups to welcome and support investors and tourists.
With a series of activities implemented synchronously and drastically, Khanh Hoa is showing strong determination to achieve the socio-economic development goals set out in the late 2025 period.
