Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park has a golden position in the Northeast Economic Triangle and is located in the center of Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone. Located at the spearhead to the sea of Dinh Vu peninsula, IP enjoys all the advantages of transport connectivity, seaport system and logistics.
Soil conditions:
Current topography of the project area is mainly mudflats and water surface. The ground is relatively flat. The northern area has been leveled entirely with black sand. In the South, the current topography is mainly water surface and mudflats. The stratigraphy of the area consists of 6 soil layers: silt clay layer, 3 clay layers, sand layer, weathered clay layer. The weak soil layers are distributed on the top (about 15m).
