Nam Cau Kien IPhas met 08 criteria for industrial zones under Decree No. 82 / ND-CP / 2018 on"Regulations in the management of industrial parks and economic zones ''that the Government has issued. Japan recognized and cooperated with thesigning ceremony on December 10, 2019 in the witness of representatives ofKitakyushu City, Japan and Hai Phong city on the construction of Nam Cau KienEco-Industrial Park.
