Cam Khe Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the Development Plan of Industrial Parks in Vietnam in document No. 1742/TTg-KTN dated October 16, 2008. Cam Khe Industrial Park was additionally approved with an area of 450 hectares. On May 13, 2016, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province issued Decision No. 1092/QD-UBND on the establishment of Cam Khe Industrial Park
