On May 24, 2022 at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone of Binh Dinh province, KURZ Vietnam Co., Ltd, and New CC Construction Consultant Co., Ltd., the construction of a house project high-tech emulsion and thin film production machine was started. This is the first project of KURZ Group which was invested in Vietnam, as well as the first industrial project deployed at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park.
Accordingly, phase 1 of the project has an area of 60,000 m2 with total investment of 40 million USD, equivalent to 905.2 billion VND. It is expected that phase 1 will be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2023 with a capacity of up to 15 million m2 of products per year. Depending on the operation situation in Vietnam, the total investment capital of the project could be up to 100 million USD within 10-15 years.
According to the Group's common sustainable development strategy, the new factory in Vietnam will be put into operation with all international standard processes and modern technology, ensuring strict standards on environmental protection and occupational safety as the current 12 factories in Europe, Asia, and America. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee said that the goal of the project is to produce high-tech emulsions and thin films for the automotive, electronics, and printing industries. This is the fourth FDI project of German investors in Binh Dinh.
