The priority areas: Attract investment in processing and manufacturing industries and reduce the proportion of processing and assembly; propose that Korean investors pay attention to learning and researching cooperation opportunities with Bac Giang investors in prominent Korean industries such as: manufacturing spare parts and accessories for automobiles and other motor vehicles; manufacturing electronic equipment, optical equipment, semiconductor chips; food processing and agricultural products; logistics services; building smart cities; fashion; pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, cosmetics, etc.

Geographical location: Bac Giang province is located 60 km to the south of Hanoi capital city (approximately 1 hour by car), 110 km to the north of the Huu Nghi international border gate (Lang Son) (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car), 150 km to the east of the Hai Phong port (approximately 2 hours by car), and 50 km from Noi Bai International Airport (approximately 50 minutes by car).

Topographic: Bac Giang currently has 8 districts, 1 town, and 1 city. The plains areas are favorable for the development of industry and services, which are the driving forces for the province's economic growth and development. The low mountainous areas have a variety of fruit trees and industrial crops such as lychee, pomelo, orange, lime, custard apple, persimmon, tea, soybean, and peanut; diverse livestock including livestock, poultry, aquatic products; there is potential to grow many types of food crops, fruit trees, industrial crops, raise livestock, poultry, fish and many other aquatic species.

Natural resources: Bac Giang province has 15 types of minerals including: Fuel minerals (coal - has high commercial value, has potential, forecast reserves of over 113.5 million tons, mainly distributed in Son Dong, Luc Nam, Yen The, Luc Ngan districts. Forest area (including forested area and planted forest) is 160,223 ha, of which natural forest is 55,092 ha, planted forest is 92,797 ha; there are more than 200 species of plants, many rich mixed tree species and rare wild animals being conserved. Of which, there are 47 species of plants; 51 rare animal species that need priority protection; 06 endemic species; 47 threatened species according to the Vietnam Red Book and IUCN Red List.

Travel resources: Bac Giang possesses a rich cultural sedimentary foundation with a system of extremely unique and rich tangible and intangible cultural heritages to develop hillside garden experience tourism combined with ecological resorts (the province has 103 relics recognized as National Intangible Cultural Heritage, with 3 relic clusters ranked at the special national level. With hundreds of traditional festivals, Quan Ho folk songs and Ca Tru recognized by UNESCO as representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity, Vinh Nghiem Pagoda Woodblocks are recognized by UNESCO as a World Memory Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region; Tay Yen Tu Nature Reserve has an area of over 12 thousand hectares, with many primeval forests, rich and diverse vegetation, many rare species, listed in the Red Book).
Golf tourism and resorts with 2 existing golf courses (AberHill Yen Dung Golf Course, Stone Highland Viet Yen Golf Course), 1 golf course under construction (Luc Nam Golf Course), and preparations for investing in 10 additional golf courses.


Human resources: 53% of the population is in the working age group; 76% of the working age population has received vocational training; 33% of the population has completed vocational training programs and obtained certificates.

Traffic: The province's transportation system is very convenient, including: Roads, waterways and railways. Of which, roads include: Hanoi - Bac Giang - Lang Son Expressway, Hanoi Ring Road 4, Hanoi Ring Road 5, with 05 national highways (QL1, QL17, QL31, QL37 and QL279). The provincial transportation system is all connected to highways. National Highway 17 connects Bac Giang with Que Vo Industrial Park - Bac Ninh, National Highway 18 goes to Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, National Highway 37 connects Bac Giang to Thai Nguyen, National Highway 279 goes to Lang Son, Quang Ninh. Rivers include Cau River, Thuong River and Luc Nam River with a system of inland ports combined with logistics; railways include Kep Station - International Intermodal Railway Station, from Kep Station you can connect to 4 railway directions: Kep - Dong Dang - Bang Tuong (China); Kep - Luu Xa, (Thai Nguyen); Kep - Ha Long (Cai Lan Port); Kep - Yen Vien (Hanoi); Bac Giang Station, a point of the Hanoi - Lang Son railway line. Power system: There are 9 stations of 110KV stations (Doi Coc, Dinh Tram, Cau Go, Duc Thang, Luc Ngan, Song Khe - Noi Hoang, Lang Giang, Luc Nam, Cau River), 1 station of 500KV (Hiep Hoa)

Water system: + 01 (Clean Water Plant No.1 - Bac Giang city); 01 water plant is currently building in the city of Bac Giang (Clean Water Plant No. 2). Also, there are 105 water supply stations in communes, towns in the province.

Systems Industrial Zone: Industrial parks: 
+ 05 industrial parks have attracted investment and are basically 100% full: Dinh Tram Industrial Park, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Van Trung Industrial Park, Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park, Tan Hung Industrial Park.
+ 04 industrial parks are implementing compensation for site clearance: Hoa Phu Industrial Park expansion 85 hectares, Viet Han Industrial Park expansion 147 hectares, Yen Lu Industrial Park 377 hectares, Phuc Son Industrial Park 124 hectares, the total area under compensation for site clearance is about 733 hectares. It is expected that by the second quarter of 2024, the clean land fund of the industrial park will be about 300 hectares.
+ In addition, there are 10 new industrial park projects being appraised by the Ministry of Planning and Investment to submit to the Prime Minister for approval of investment policy, and at the same time, to approve investors according to regulations with a total planned area of nearly 1,000 hectares by 2025. Therefore, in the coming time, Bac Giang province will always ensure industrial land funds to be ready to welcome investors to survey and invest in industrial parks.

In addition, enterprises investing in Bac Giang province also enjoy other incentives according to the provisions of law at each specific time; enjoy support from Bac Giang province in compensation for site clearance, training and recruitment of workers, support in accessing information sources for investment promotion and trade promotion.
